Biographical Info

Christina is a graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law. Her background is primarily rooted in cognitive and forensic psychology. Prior to beginning her legal education, Christina completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, earning both University and Departmental Honors, at Northern Illinois University. Her undergraduate research focused on eating behaviors of young adults across an array of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. These experiences have ultimately inspired her to study the law and eventually develop a small business or non-profit organization, which will focus on diminishing food insecurity among underserved communities, as well as individuals and families currently struggling with economic hardships such as job loss or health impairment.

Christina’s other areas of interest include music history and composition. Prior to matriculating to NIU, she was a student of the University of Hawaii at Manoa’s School of Music and studied jazz piano with the graduate school’s Jazz Ensemble.
